Looking towards 2011
Nhill Pony Club is a small but enthusiastic club. Rallies are normally held on the first Sunday of each month. The next rally will be our annual summer sleepover at the Pony Club shed on December 4th, 2010.
This year's activities have included:
- Jumping Clinic with Alan Marshall
- Bring a Friend Day
- Unofficial Dressage and Freshman's jumping
- Show preparation
- Attending Horsham PCAV instructor's weekend
- Attending Horsham Pony Club's gymkhana
This year we have formalised a Sunsmart policy for our summer rallies. Between December and March inclusive rallies will start with a gear check at 9.00am. 9.30 Rally start and finish by lunchtime. If the weather forecast is for 35 degrees or more we will hold a 'horseless' rally. The first of these will be a theory and browband making day to be held in an air conditioned venue.
